Amazon Editorial Review:
For the first time ever, Kermit the Frog, the world's most famous amphibian shares his own story in a funny, heartfelt book about his life and yours. After telling the tale of his remarkable career, and about all the amazing people (like Jim Henson) and pigs (like you-know-who) he's met along the way, Kermit shares his advice on many of life's milestones:
Growing up- Every tadpole must drop their tail. How to get the drop on life.
Falling In Love--Hollywood romance, interspecies dating. No one knows more about love than this frog.
Starting a Career--Kermit climbed out of the swamp and into Hollywood, where he even worked naked. (Still does, in fact). How to make a big splash in life.
Managing your Finances--Making it easier to make green…and keep it.
Enjoying the Good life--Friends, laughter…and sharing “Fridays With Fozzie”.
Before You Leap: A Frog's Eye View of Life's Greatest Lessons. A Perfect Gift for Graduates, Retirees, Parents, Pigs, Bears, Penguins and anyone else still looking for their very own rainbow connection.

What you have in your hands is an honest-to-goodness gift, no strings attached. You may keep it forever and ever, pass it on to a friend, or release it back "into the wild" for someone else to find. I know it may seem a little odd to find this lying around--it's my way of touching the lives of others in a positive way, with the hope that it made your day. :)
If you are new to BookCrossing, and find this book and this site, welcome! Enjoy the site, the book, and hopefully the BookCrossing community. I hope you'll join BookCrossing (doesn't cost anything to join!) and if you do, please consider using any previous reader of this book ... or me, dg7500 ... as the member who referred you. Or you may remain anonymous!
If you are an old hand at BookCrossing, thanks for picking up the book! Either way, I hope you'll make a brief journal entry so all the previous and future readers can track this book's journey. Thanks, and Happy Crossing! :)
"Every book, every volume you see here, has a soul. The soul of the person who wrote it and of those who read it and lived and dreamed with it. Every time a book changes hands, every time someone runs his eyes down its pages, its spirit grows and strengthens ..."

From a Mysscyn bookbox. Thank you!
rabck from Mysscyn; Cute Life lessons book written by the one and only - Kermit the Frog! With chapters from some of the other muppets, including Fozzie the Bear and Miss Piggy. There really are life lessons in here, buried amongst the muppet humor. Very cute read. It's a tag-it-forward book, once I get the BC'rs address.

A tag-it-forward from the tag game, and an ultimate challenge participation thank you. Enjoy!
When you said you had a book from my wishlist, I was excited. When I opened up the envelope to see this book I clapped my hands for joy and wanted to sing and dance! I cannot wait to read the word's of wisdom from everyone's favorite newsfrog and green movie star! Thank you for sending this -- it made my week!
I couldn't resist reading this book right away, because it provided a nice light balance to some of my more grim current selections. Now I must figure out what to do with it.
Wonderful words of wisdom from everyone's favorite show business frog. Learn some of the secrets of his relationship with Miss Piggy (it isn't as smooth an interspecies romance as you might expect). Hear about his tadpolehood in the swamp with Mom the Frog, Dad the Frog, and 2353 siblings. Plus some great advice from his and his Muppet friends about truths learned along the way to fame and fortune and even after they arrived.
The advice is pretty darn good and pretty darn standard, all in all, but what makes it special is that it is the frog's eye view of life. The pure Kermit-ness of this makes it special, from his comments on learning to ride a bike with a banjo on his knee (and you thought it was hard when you learned!) to knowing that honesty is the best policy, even if it gets you cold-cocked by a diva pig. He includes advice on aging from Statler and Waldorf, handling fame from Miss Piggy, and healthy eating from the Swedish Chef. I would recommend this to others and might even buy a copy of it for them to enjoy.

"A book is a mysterious object, I said, and once it floats out into the world, anything can happen. All kinds of mischief can be caused, and there's not a damned thing you can do about it. For better or worse, it's completely out of your control." -- Paul Auster
I saw that this little gem was on the wishlist of someone in the UK, so Mr the Frog is hopping across the pond. Happy travels, Kermie!

Thank you so much for sending me this book! I may just have to bump it to the top of TBR mountain and read it next. I'd better not let my frog loving little sister see it, or it will disappear for ever :) . I plan to keep Kermit circulating when I'm finished with it.

What a gorgeous book! I loved all the photographs and had a really good chuckle all the way through at the hilarious dialogue. I found out many things about Kermit and the Muppets histories that I previously didn't know. I was a bit doubtful about the self help section, as I've never read anything self-helpy before. I should have never doubted! I found self-help Muppet style contains many pearls of wisdom amongst the giggles.
A surprise Christmas book from Shahrun - oh joy - what a gorgeous book! I am so happy and I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and all the best for 2014! I hope I can return the favor sometime ;)
