From the back of the book:
Did you know that chocolate is better for us than red wine, does not contribute to weight gain, and has great health benefits?

Two Australian food researchers tout the health benefits of chocolate. I'm a chocoholic myself, but even I have to take some of these claimed health claims with a (very big) grain of salt!

Found it after book-hunting it at the opera-house, at a bench in the foyer. I love chocolate, and haven't hunted a book in a while. Actually, I've never even seen the operahouse before! It was quite splendid.

Looking forward to reading why I should eat a little chocolate every day ;)

7 out of 10

I've read the book now, it was a pretty good read. Hardly a masterpiece, but about as I expected. :-) It wasn't very well written, IMO - I didn't like the very informal style that Suzy Ashton sometimes used. Too many exclamation marks. >:-) But the content of the book was quite interesting and the book has a lot of good information in it. John Ashton seems to be an informed person and the info in the book appears reliable as far as I can tell. Of course I want to believe that chocolate is good for me, so maybe I'm prejudiced. ;-)

I'll take the book to meetup with me and see if, ahem, there are any other BookCrossers interested in chocolate. :-)
