#1 in the challange. I did not find this book particularly enjoyable to read as I felt no sympathy or empathy for the main character. She appeared to me to be a bit pathetic. She was so focused on being unhappy about what she did not have that she did not appreciate what she did have. Instead of getting on with her life, she put it on hold while pining for what she could not have. The point of the book is to highlight how pointless this is, but I just found it irritating.
It almost seems like a waste that it was waiting to be read for so long!
