Wow - Well, I hate to call this a conclusion, because it sure didn't seem that way to me! I hope that Mr. Colfer will write more about Artemis Fowl - the precocious criminal mastermind who joins forces with the LEP for his own ends - which usually end up protecting the interests of the fairies, after putting them at undue risk. Thoroughly entertaining series.

i'm going to try to find the 2 prev adventures of artemis fowler, cause this book was real good. fun, funny, adventure, fairies, a criminal genius, a dwarf who would've thought that to put there together, but it certainly makes a great story.
thanks alot and will be on it's way to italy on saturday

Artemis arrived today by mail. I got home just in time to rescue him from the mailman who was trying to push him through our very tiny mailslot. Vesna had put a really beautiful postcard in the book. Sicily really looks like heaven on earth. Maybe it's the destination of my next holiday.
Anyway, i'm reading "Coraline" at the moment, but I'm almost through that, so I'll start Artemis right after it. Thanks Vesna and especially d-nman for organizing this ring. I've read both of the previous books in the series and liked them both a lot. Is this really the end to a trilogy? I hope not. :)

I really hope this was not the end of Artemis Fowl series. I think new books might appear someday, because Mr Colfer left some doors open at the end. I really enhoyed this book. It is funny and exciting and I think that it is better than the second book -The Arctic Incident. Anyway, Artemis & co. are now ready to continue their journey. I'll mail the book to kbgoffe as soon as I get his/her address.

This was such a wonderful surprise to find in my mailbox today! Thanks Elina for the wonderful postcard! The other postcards in there of Tehran and Sicily are just beautiful. I can't wait to start this book. Right now I have one bookray book ahead of it.

Thanks d-nman for sending this out.

Due to health issues with my fibromyalgia I am horribly, terribly far behind in my journal entries. I enjoyed this book as much as I did the first one. When I read these books I just get swept away completely in the story. I am so thankful my niece turned me on to the first book. I can’t wait to read the next one in the series, if there is one.

I thought I had journaled this book when I received it, but apparently I didnt! I apologize for that! Anyhow, I thouroughly enjoyed the book...the best one in the series, in my opinion. My 11 year old son aslo read and enjoyed, so it was a double joy in this household! Thank you!
