Registering an old book that's been on the shelf for a while. Will try to read before releasing.

Average Western. All a little bit mythical for my tastes. Decent enough plot, but spoilt by a reliance on odd bits of mysticism. It appears that praying really hard to god, or performing a few native American rituals got you a long way in the wild, wild west. Enjoyed it more when I imagined it as a bleak and slow-paced movie with Clint Eastwood playing the lead.
