Thank you for visiting BookCrossing.com, and congratulations on finding this book. It is now yours to do with as you wish, but I'd love to know where you found it and what you think of it. If you do choose to release it again, it would be great to know where and when you set it free. If you don't wish to register with the site, you can always make anonymous journal entries.
Whatever you do, I hope you enjoy it.
Happy BookCrossing!

Received from the decoy! You had my hopes up but it was one on my wishlist so I'm looking forward to reading it.
This book is meant to have changed the lives of many people, but unfortunately I can't understand how. Obviously I'm not listening to my heart, omens, the wind ...

Released 13 yrs ago (6/3/2010 UTC) at The Tun Bar & Cafe in Edinburgh, Scotland United Kingdom
WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Taking to Edinburgh monthly meetup.
Picked up at meetup, thank you
Read this quickly as I realised it would be the perfect little book to slip into my handbag yesterday when I knew I'd be on my feet a lot of the day.
I'm afraid like earthcaroleanne, my life is completely unchanged after reading this. It didn't teach me anything more about following my dreams that I hadn't read in other, better novels (David Copperfield, for example) and I found it all a bit deliberate and poncey.
Saying that, it's not a bad read and I quite liked Santiago's story. I just don't understand what all the fuss was about.

picked up at last night's meetup for 'the grand plan' that I have formulating for my birthday this year (a somewhat significant one) am collecting books that I've enjoyed for a massive wild release. Will keep this on oneside for said reason.
This isn't my copy: I still have mine as I enjoyed it so much! Will have to see if I still have a review of it to add to this journal.

As I am about to reach a somewhat significant milestone, I've decided to release a book for each year over the next few weeks. As this happily coincides with the Edinburgh Festival, some will be released at various venues around the City, some will be posted out to bookcrossing friends & some as RABCKs. Expect releases to take place between 18th August 2010 and 11th September 2010.
I did try to collect books that I've read & particularly enjoyed, but as I need a considerable number, this wasn't always possible.
This book is one of those but isn't my copy. My original journal entry was:
"
Listed in The Big Read top 100 books
What a beautiful book - throughly enchanting. Had to read it in one sitting!
"
Thank you for picking up this book & for helping to celebrate my birthday in this way. I hope you enjoy reading it & look forward to reading your journal entry & those that follow.
I will try & update these release notes with the actual details ASAP after release.
