Heard this author on MPR today while driving to dog training class. Sounds like a book I'd like to read and I've never read any of her others. Stopped and bought it on the way! Now that's a good interview!

Make the *WORLD* your library!

This book is taking forever to get through. I do not like it so far and hate how this writer writes. I can't believe she's as popular as she is. I have not read anything else of hers but most of my bookclub mates have read her stuff and really enjoy her. We'll see how it shakes out. I have a beautiful hard cover here...I'll do a wishlist search when I'm done and it'll be off to someone who can love it perhaps.

OK, now I'm done with the book and I don't feel any better than when I last journaled. Let's just suffice it to say, "it wasn't for me." I'll let her loose and hopefully someone who can truly enjoy this authors work will pick it up. [I did a wishlist search as stated in above journal and there are only a few BCers wishing for this one.{I guess that makes sense}and I'm just sending out 8 RABCKs across the globe for a drawing I've done and don't want to spend anymore jing on book stuff right now...so off she goes into the wild.] Anyway, I'm not sorry I read this book...I'm just sayin'-she's a very popular writer with a strong following. I'll find this books next reader and it strikes a chord with them. Best wishes little book...I LOVE your cover!

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

This one goes out to my lovely girl friend "R". She surprised me with a nice book last week as she was stalking around my house...[probably looking for my husband] while I was out of town. "Looking at your flowers", I think was the line she used. Anyhooooooo, I love this girl and think she is one of the funniest people I have ever encountered. I never fail to double over laughing when I'm with her. She's more than that of course and such attributes that come to mind are kind, warm, sharp, cute, strong - I could go on and on but I won't, shall we move on? We're spending a girls w/e together next week and I may need some time off to recover following the event. I can't wait! I hope she likes this book. It's a beautiful hard cover that is crying out for the right reader...perhaps I've found her! We shall see...
