WOW! Another book that I never meant to keep so long. It's true what they say, "so many good books-so little time to read." The point of this book is to help you become more relaxed, peaceful and loving. Some of the suggestions are things that I already do, but some are things I haven't thought of on my own. I am reserving this book to send to the winner of my 9th bookcrossing anniversary drawing.

Well, I kept this book longer than I had planned. I'm glad I finally got around to reading it. The book had some really good ideas to help reduce the stress that a lot of times we bring on ourselves. The only thing I didn't like about the book was that I felt he would repeat the same ideas and just reword them. I felt like I was reading the same thing twice. But, mostly, it was a very helpful book. I'll try to pass it along to someone else.
