A ton of great recipes, divided by region. My personal favorite: a super-quick peach cobbler. Less than 5 minutes of prep, then under an hour to bake.
Chapters: Good Home Cooking from the Melting Pot (introduction), Northeastern Cooking, Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking, Southern Cooking, Creole Cooking, Southwest Cooking, Midwest Cooking, West Coast Cooking, Hawaiiam Cooking, Heartland Cooking, Equavalent Chart, Candy Chart, Substitution Chart, Index.

Just got this one from AngelKitty. The Pennsylvania Dutch recipes are a must for me. I grew up not far from Lancaster, PA but my hubby has not had PA Dutch cooking, so I really can't wait to try these... Also, some of the Hawaiian recipes look delicious.
I actually released this one about a year ago. We had a foreign exchange student from Norway who was collecting recipes all year long, so I sent this home with her. I doubt it will travel much beyond that, but I'm sure she'll enjoy it!
