Since this book seems so popular, I would like to turn this book into a book ray. The entire series is seperated into North America and International.

To help ensure that things run smoothly (or that is the plan anyhow), I've put together a few rough guidelines for this one. I know that some people take longer to read a book (busy, got a bunch of books to read before, work, etc)...

1. Please try to have this book read within 3 weeks. I know this isn't possible, but if you make an effort to try that is all I can ask.

2. Please journal when you receive the book.

3. When about halfway through, please contact the next person on the list for their mailing address.

4. Please journal again when you've read the book and it is on its way to the next reader.

5. Have fun! Reading is supposed to be fun!

6. To the last person in the ray: Please keep this book moving... RABCK it, give it to a friend, etc... just please keep it moving once you're done reading it. Thanks!

7. If sending to the same person as the previous book in the series, please double check that they have't moved before sending the book their way. Thanks!

Sending order will be modified as people join in.

Sending order is:
pazyryk- Portugal (Int)
anathema-device- Austria (Int)
mikime- Italy (Europe)
Martjxox- Italy (Int)**skipped**
Alectoness -UK (Int)

Charlieboots76-UK (UK only)
Niksu- Finland (Int)
benschu- Germany (Int) <--- book is here
lady-anglophile- Kuwait (Int)

If interested, please PM with your location and shipping preferences (will you ship internationally). I'll PM back. If you don't hear from me, then I didn't get your PM.

Arrived safely and not alone!!!
Thanks thegoaliegirl. To read very soon.

Finished!!!
I liked this more than New Moon. Here the wolves are still very present, but there is a lot of Edward and the vampires. Nice, very nice the struggle between Edward and Jacob, and at the same times their liaison against the common enemy. Bella is the character more teen in all plots. She is so certain of everything, in a way that only someone with 18 can be, I think. And everything with her is so desperate and final…. Well!! I liked this third volume very much, and I’m willing for the next and final one.
I already have the ok of anathema so tomorrow or Tuesday this one will fly towards Innsbruck.
Once again, thank you very much thegoaliegirl.

Yay, book three has arrived!
At the moment I have a lot of books waiting to be read, and several looming social events... but I know that this will be an easy read, and that I'll probably devour it in no time - so I'll put everything else aside and try to read it before my boyfriend arrives. I don't want it to gather dust, I want to meet my old vampire (and werewolf) friends.
Thanks for sending it super fast, pazyryk!

Even though in the meantime I attended a birthday party and my boyfriend is in town, I finished this book today. I must admit I find the whole "no sex before marriage" issue a bit annoying, especially since the author goes to a lot of trouble to avoid almost every word that could refer to it. Otherwise I was astonished at how things between the vampire and werewolf communities are developing (that was probably even more interesting than the romance part of the story), and I'm really happy that girls can be werewolves too.
All in all, I liked this book a lot more than I expected after "New Moon", and I'm really curious how the story will go on - because I would really be disappointed if the last page of "Eclipse" was the end of the story (which I'm glad it isn't).
The book will travel on as soon as I have mikime's okay.

Okay, so I forgot to PM mikime (probably because I had to shake the remainder of a stupid summer cold), then took off for the weekend to attend two friends' wedding, then came back but still didn't PM mikime (no excuse this time), then remembered to PM her and even got her address (again! - I'm such a slob), and now the book is spreading its wings and getting ready to travel to Italy!!

This arrived yesterday. I'm looking forward to it but it will have to wait for me to finish another bookring already here!
Thanks for sending it, anathema-device!

Finished! I really liked this one, much more than New Moon. Lots of things go on in this book, some funny, some dangerous, some just interesting! I really liked the rivalry parts between Edward and Jacob a lot, while I totally didn't get all the fuss Edward makes about sex before marriage. That seemed to ask my imagination too much of a strecth (and it dodesn't have problems with vampires and werewolves, so...), I think the author put too much effort to make that point. Oh, and the part where Jasper tells about his past is definitely too long and too full of dialogues, as if the author was telling it, not Jasper...
But I really enjoyed the book, it surprised me in many parts and though I do find Bella a bit too childish at times, I'm curious to see how she will carry out her decisions. I might even go make a quick re-reading of it while I wait for Alectoness' reply... ;)

Arrived safely in Wimbledon this morning - thanks mikime! As I over-enthusastically ripped off the envelope, I caught my thumb on a staple. Now it looks like I have a mini vampire bite on my thumb. All part of the experience I guess!

This is probably my favourite of the Twilight series so far. As anathema-device said, the whole 'no sex before marriage' thing got a little old, particularly when Meyer kept talking around the issue. However, I did get caught up in the story and Bella's decisions, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the series ends.

Have raeliz64's address and will be sending this book on tomorrow.

I didn't find this as interesting and enjoyable as the two previous books in this series. Actually this was quite boring. I still not like Bella, it would be interesting to hear the authors opinion about her. To begin with, has she really meant to create Bella so selfish and so teen, whining and stubborn? In this kind of series, it would be really nice to read how the main character grows towards the end, after all she is 19 and the series started when she was 17, right? Usually maturity at some point is evident but with Bella it has hardly happend.

Also I find the language a bit boring. English is not my native language but still it was annoying read almost every spread someone frowning, moaning or groaning. Wheren't there any other words to describe the impressions? I understand that this is kind of depressive story when all turmoil is happening but still I'm thinking that it's lack of authors skills.

Wow, there is so much more to complain about (e.g. Bella's & Edward's "lovestory", Bellas behavior with Jacob), but I'll spear everyone and also because I don't want to madden anyone, these are only my opinions. Anyway, believe it or not I'm looking forward the last book in this series, to see how everything is ending.

Thanks once again thegoaliegirl for sharing your books! I'll PM Benschu and confirm she want's to read the book and send it forward as soon as possible.
