A little bit different romance set in New Mexico. Winona came to the old peach orchard after her uncle dies, leaving the property to her & her preteen sister. After she pays this years' back taxes, she find the homestead is already inhabited by a part-Navajo man, who had paid the previous back taxes, intending to reclaim the land that was his grandmother's heritage. They are both broke, so they agree to share the homestead farmhouse while they figure out what to do. And, since it's a romance, of course sparks fly!
