I will be going to Korea in September myself (a dream come true!) and I always like to read up on the places I visit before I go. :D

Finished reading this forever ago and it turned out to be a good introduction to Korean history. I really enjoyed this book and feel like I've gained a better understanding of Korea's story.

The only thing that annoyed me was his tendency of portraying anything or anyone in North Korea as evil, surely it's not that simple?! But other than that, it was a good and interesting read.
