Congrats, you have found a free book. I hope you enjoyed it! Please pass the book along to someone else. Thank you!
From the back of the book:
There's trouble on the Aching farm - nightmares spreading down from the hills. And Tiffany Aching's brother has been stolen away. To get him back, Tiffany has a weapon (a frying pan), her Granny's magic book (well, diseases of the sheep) - and the Nac mac Feegle, the Wee Free men, the fightin', thievin', tiny blue skinned pictsies who were thrown out of Fairyland for being drunk and Disorderly.
I enjoyed the book very much, it is a funny light read :)

Thanks Unflame, yesterday I received this book in my mailbox and today I'm already at page 94. It is indeed very funny.
20-5: Just finished it. I first gave this book a 7, but now I'll give it an 8, because it's even better than I thought, especially because it's not only funny, but it's sometimes serious as well.
About the used words: I wonder if Terry Pratchett learned some Dutch, because his use of the word "ken" for "know" and "drome" for "dream".
I will send Moriquen a pm for her address.

Today I send the book to Moriquen. Have fun with it!
Today I had to go home during lunch ... because I forgot to pack something to eat. (And left my wallet at home! Grmbl, wasn't happy about that.) But luckily some little blue men kept me company! Thanks for sending the book this way Boekenspookje! I've got about 80 pages left in another book and then I'll be able to give all my attention to this ring!
I've really sped through this book. I loved it and I almost feel sorry that I've finished it. It is a beautiful and fantastic fairy-tale like only Pratchett can come up with! It was funny and still very adventurous. Thanks so much for this ring Uniflame!! I'll make sure it gets to Betje safely.

There it is: my first Terry Pratchett!
The book will have to wait its turn - one other ring comes first.

Finished it today. I am not really excited about the book. With this kind of literature, I like to be surprised and I simply wasn't. I liked the little men, I liked Tiffany, but the story was a bit too predictable for the genre. Or maybe I've just read too much... Still, I am very very glad I have finally read a Terry Pratchett!
I will contact Cynthia6 and send the Wee Free men on their way.

This is my first fantasy book in a long time, and I must say I really enjoyed it! This writer is very good at making me laugh out loud, with all the silly things, and especially the Nac Mac Feegle. I had the same association with Dutch (or maybe German? Perhaps some old English?) as Boekenspookje, some words seem remarkably similar! I look forward to seeing more of Terry Pratchett!
Thanks Uniflame, for making this book a ring! I will PM Bookguide, so the men can finally travel again!

Whoopee, Wee Free Men in my mailbox! And a ray, too, so I can lend it to my family before passing it on. The image of Tiffany's weapon (a frying pan) reminds me of an episode of Outnumbered which I watched last night, when a policeman comments that there are many serious injuries inflicted in the well-to-do neighbourhood during "domestic incidents" (fights between man and wife / girlfriend). It used to be all right, but now everyone's got Le Creuset frying pans! By the way, if you don't know Outnumbered, it's hilarious, featuring a very disorganised (i.e. normal) family with two young children and a teenager. The middle child is wonderfully ADHD, the youngest is an intelligent an innocent little girl who is stuck in a permanent "why" phase, with a strong sense of natural justice, and an unfailing ability to embarrass her parents. Well, I can't describe it, just catch any episode you can - it's brilliant!
