Journal Entry 9 by Cahira from Bergen op Zoom, Noord-Brabant Netherlands on Sunday, April 18, 2010
I took this book from the bookbuffet.
Somehow the title seems familiair. It must be one of those books I've read a review of and got interested.
It's going on Mount to be Read so it might take a while before I'm actually going to read it.

This book has already made a long journey! It will stay with me, to be read, before it will be on the road again.

Journal Entry 14 by wingAlfa-Betjewing at Apeldoorn, Gelderland Netherlands on Tuesday, August 7, 2018
The hypnerotomachia (the struggle for love in a dream) is a very mysterious and rare book, that has been studied for centuries and now is being worked on by a couple of students (one of them, Tom, has sort of inherited the fascination from his father). They succeed in discovering and unraveling the riddles hidden in the book, thus finding the location of hidden treasures. Of course, not everybody is happy, so the students encounter many problems and even deaths. Tom also struggles with adolescent questions of life and love.

This book is an intriguing adventure story evolving round a mysterious book, sometimes it is clever and very entertaining but it certainly has its more dull moments.

Wow... this book has been traveling for such a long time and covered a lot of distance as well. I'll make sure it will find a next reader after I'm done with it.

Journal Entry 17 by elsje86 at Rhenen, Utrecht Netherlands on Wednesday, November 28, 2018
Hmm.. I don't think I'll really enjoy this book after all. It will join the second round of the bookbox with books about books.
