I bought this book at the Friends of the Library used book store in Rockville, Maryland.
I’m giving up on The Gravedigger’s Daughter by Joyce Carol Oates. The action of the plot is too slow, and the father and older son are characters I dislike intensely. I don’t like the direction in which this story is moving either. Time to cast this book aside by moving it along to someone else who might enjoy it more than I.
