The Christmas Box

My goodness, what a surprise! The note inside the book says, "Christmas is a feeling that lasts all year long - RABCK".
The book was also stuffed with some extra little goodies - a BC postcard, a very pretty magnetic bookmark, a Bible verse, and (a little puzzling) a Texas Lottery scratch-card.
The note asks that I release this book again, and I certainly will, once I have read it. It is tempting to save it for a Christmas release, but perhaps it would be more in the spirit of "Christmas all year round" to release it even earlier. I will have to think about what to do.
Thank you, shemchin, for such an unexpected gift, and "Merry Christmas"!!

Wow, what a lovely surprise! This book actually arrived a couple of days ago but I had problems with my computer so couldn't journal promptly.
Thank you so much Nicole, you are one of the nicest, most thoughtful and generous bookcrossers I have "met".

What a sweet little book with a message for us all.
A passing of the
red heart,
strong as a baton.

This book is taking another turn! It's off to participate in the Akron Reading Festival 2015! :D
"Every year the Akron Bookcrossers (Rubber City Book Posse) participate in the annual Akron Reading Festival. We have a booth where we give away books to anyone and everyone. In 2010 we gave away over 3,000 books. Unfortunately we were unable to participate in 2011 but in 2012 - 2014 over 2,000 books were given away each year!!!
The Festival will take place on Feb. 7th 2015."
It's always fun to release books this way, though I'm still waiting for my first JE for a book I've released! Here's to hoping I have some good luck this year! ~fingers crossed~
