What a wonderful read! David is transported into another world in which many of the fairy tales with which he is accustomed have a different twist. The writing is superb and I loved the fact that David, himself, is living his own twisted fairy tale.

It's an interesting reminder that childhood is not always bright and sunny but can contain a lot of darkness as well.
