This was my bookclub's pick for our April meeting.

I had heard of this book before because it's on the 1001 Books list, but I had no idea what it was about.

I was a little skeptical about whether or not I would like it at first because I thought it might be a little too "sci-fi-ish" for my taste, but it really wasn't. It was more dystopic than anything.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. Little details about the main characters leak out slowly throughout the book and keep it interesting.
