I have liked other books by this author. TBR.

From the back cover:

" Harry Silver is learning to juggle his many commitments- to his wife and his ex-wife, to his son, his stepdaughter and his mother, to his own work and his wife`s career.
And then someone walks into his life who is going to make it all even more complicated...
A sequel to the international bestseller Man and Wife also stands on its own as a brilliant novel about relationships in the new century- about why we fall in love and why we marry- about why we stay and why we go. "

I enjoyed this novel a lot ! Parsons can genuinely describe aspects of modern life with complicated family patterns. This was warm-hearted, humorous, funny as well as sad in some way..

Thank you so much, lukutuoli! :o) Finding this book in my mail-box sure brought some sunshine to this dark day! I didn't realize this is a sequel to Man and Boy but that's great, I really liked it. I'm sure I will like this one too.

Parsons really has a way with words. I wonder how much of his own life he has put into his books... The story was hilarious at times, then sad, happy and heart-broken. Poor Harry doesn't seem to know what to do with his life and he can be a real pain but still I kept wishing him all the best. Maybe the story continues...
