Charity shop purchase. Started to read it ages ago but wasn't in the mood for Fay Weldon's style of writing. It's been languishing in one of my many piles of books since then. And now I have to clear one pile to make way for a new pile and this is one of the books to go. (Wheeeee, free at last!)

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Will probably be nearer 7.30pm as I don't know where to find this pub. I'm assuming there is a bookcrossing shelf to leave it on.

(Don't know why it is saying in 2 hours time - it is more like 4 hours!)

Journal Entry 3 by chamonix44 at Almelo, Overijssel Netherlands on Tuesday, March 15, 2011
I was looking in my box of books that I have already read and I found this one. I remember taking it from The Layer Fox pub, and reading it here in The Netherlands. I also remember journalling it. But now just as I was about to get this book ready for release I see there is no sign of my journal entry which I did on the new BookCrossing site. The new BookCrossing site did, however lose lots of my release notes and journal entries all at once and I'm still finding this out as I get around to each book!
I don't remember that much about the story but I do remember awarding it 5 stars. So I have put 5 stars here, even though it's too long ago to remember what I wrote for the journal entry!

Review from Amazon.co.uk
"An ordinary person carried to extremes" is how Sandra Harris describes herself, though her outrageous behaviour may make readers doubt this.

Journal Entry 4 by chamonix44 at Bioscoop Cinestar in Enschede, Overijssel Netherlands on Tuesday, March 15, 2011

Released 13 yrs ago (3/15/2011 UTC) at Bioscoop Cinestar in Enschede, Overijssel Netherlands

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I'm off to the cinema to watch "The King's Speech" with Colin Firth, (well not exactly WITH him, but you know what I mean!!!)! So I am going to leave this book somewhere inside there. Most probably on a table on the ground floor. It will have a yellow post-it note on the front cover, saying FREE BOOK in both Dutch and English.
UPDATE
I am back from the cinema, and I did manage to leave the book on a table next to a seat on the ground floor. Unfortunately for the book, it is a bit hidden at the moment, because they have put a sort of display in front of the table and seat. Something to do with Grolsch lager I think, since part of the display was lots of empty Grolsch crates, all in a line and piled up in places. Anyway people can still get to the table if they walk around the display, but once that display is removed then the book will be visible and accessible to all.
(By the way "The King's Speech" film was nice. The Dutch audience found it extremely funny, but I found it quite moving and sad in a lot of places. There was a light bit of humour in the way the King was taught to help him control his stammering).

If you are the lucky finder of this book, then it would be nice if you could leave a message here to say if you found the book in the same place where I left it. Thank you.
I hope you enjoy reading this book.

If you are reading here, then I want to tell you that this is a. FREE . book, and there are no catches! It is now yours! Please read on.....
