Mark Inglis - (controversial) mountaineer, skier, paralympic medal-winning cyclist and double amputee giving tips based on his life experience.
Received this book about two weeks ago. It sounds interesting. I will have a read at some stage.
This book helped me see life from a different perspective. Some of my favourite parts are, Don't just hear -listen, Learn from your failures and the difference between rest time and wasted time. I used to procrastinate a lot when I was younger. Since growing up, I've learnt the difference. The words within these pages, have helped me a lot. I hope the next person who gets the book, enjoys it and finds Mark to be helpful as well.
