The Scarlet Pimpernel
2 journalers for this copy...
Bought at the AAUW used book sale in Wilmington.
I really liked this. It's one of those books you've heard about, but you just may have never read, so that was why I grabbed it at the used book sale. Fun reading, lots of adventure, suspense, and a main character of mystery. Well, the Scarlet Pimpernel's identity is supposed to be a mystery, though it's obvious who he is from the moment one is reading and meets him in the novel. Still, this book deserves the long life it's had, and I enjoyed it.

Adding to the First Lines book box.
Came home in my First Lines bookbox, as this is a book I have thought about reading for awhile, I will let it sit on Mt. TBR, hopefully it won't get too dusty before I read it :-).
I am being ruthless, and clearing out Mt TBR of books that I will likely never read.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Congratulations!! You have found a rare and unique gift, a travelling book!!
While it is possible I have read and given my thoughts on this book, it is more likely it is a book I found/purchased specifically to send out into the world! In either case, please read what has been said before, where has this book been, who enjoyed it, who didn't -- and perhaps, if you care to, you can add your two cents!
You do not have to join bookcrossing to pick up, enjoy, and journal a book -- however, if you do decide to join us, please consider using me (innae) as your recommending friend, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a personal message (for more info, check out the FAQ).
And again, thank you for saving this book from a life of boredom!
