This is a fun family story with a twist, Isis is raised within an Amish-like religious cult but goes into the 'outside world' to bring back her cousin Morag who has renounced her faith. The book covers her journey and discoveries and although some of the revelations aren't entirely surprising it doesn't seem to matter.
Highly recommended.

Another one kindly put aside for me! Thanks, I've really enjoyed some Iain Banks in the past and this looks equally engaging.

I haven't read it yet - my mum found it in a coffee shop in Dunstable and is now in Bournemouth with me. When I've finished it I'll either return it to Dunstable or find a place in Bournemouth to leave it!
