Once again Maya Angelou speaks from her heart about personal and public subjects. I first read 'I know why the caged bird sings' when I was studying for A level English and was captivated. I still find her writing inspiring today. She just talks so much sense! Reading her musings is like listening to your wise old granny and she gets many subjects spot on for me. Its a really quick read at less than 150 pages. I hope the next reader enjoys it as much as I did.
