Margaret Mahy is one author that has featured in the reading lives of not only my myself but many other kiwi kids of all ages.
Reading these stories and poems made me feel like a kid again, they are full of imagination and whimsical thought. Dinosaurs, witches, tree people, mail and other wonderful things.
Taking this one down with me to Christchurch to release during the convention.
