Release walk day dawned very wet and gloomy, so it was agreed that some books should be saved for a drier place and time. This one ended up being sent to Coventry.

Apart from it being a wet and boring weekend, I don't know why I read this. Being in the midst of a very stable phase, I'm not in need of break up advice ... maybe it was the comforting tub of ice-cream on the cover and it was all to do with the power of auto suggestion. Anyway, with as much experience of the sorry state as the authors put together, I can say it's sensible advice amusingly, if sometimes somewhat repetitively, given.
