This addition to the Avalon series returns to familiar ground; it depicts history/legend of a famous figure from the point of view of a lesser-known woman close to him (in this case, Constantine and his mother, respectively). The mother is a former priestess of Avalon. This premise is interesting enough for me to give the book a try despite how little I enjoyed the previous book, Ancestors of Avalon.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Better than Ancestors (which is unfortunately not saying much) but still pretty forgettable. Still probably worth reading if you're an Avalon fan. Look for it on a bench on the third floor near the elevator!
