This was quite interesting - a lot of behind-the-scenes talking about some of the manipulation that goes on in corporate America.
To me, it stands as further testament that the very same people who say run around saying "business is business" don't really know anything about business, and don't want to stay in business - their selfish greed for profits at all costs demonstrates they have no loyalty whatsoever to the people who put them where they are today - employees and customers.

A well research book, interesting though the reading is a bit dry.

This was a difficult book. It discussed on how RJR Nabisco was bought out and the steps that lead to it. This includes a lot of details on different method and the thinking/strategies of the players involved. Not being at home in these market, I couldn't follow the nuances. Though I think it probably is an interesting book for those that can keep up with it.
