Thanks so much, Shemchin, for sending me this book. I finally got internet access again after more than a month - if I was an addict before, then I can proudly say I'm 100% cured.

Thanks also for your generosity - you sent me so much goodies - stationery sets, bookmark, Chai tea, postcard.

Back to the book:
Ahh.. the world of Pierce Quincy and Rainie Conner are filled with nightmares, and both of them being tortured souls, I wonder how they get through it. I guess that just proves that we humans (many of us anyway) are resilient, we just stretch our limits and push ourselves beyond our boundaries as we go along.

Each time I read about them, I cannot help wishing peace and happiness for them - they truly deserved them.
