I'm right in the middle of reading this book. It's compelling and rings true. When I complete it, I hope to find a new home for it!
Wow! What a powerful story! This is the book I'd like to give to men who say they understand what women's lives are like....

Received this in a bookbox that came home. I have a copy of this book on my own TBR pile, so I'll pass this one along.
It arrived! Thanks, grover3d. Oooohhh, it has a risque cover. It heads to the TBR pile.
This is the colorful and shocking tale of Mary Saunders who sells her soul for a red ribbon. She descends into a life of prostitution and murder. Not an upbeat story, but vividly told.

This one will join the other books at Sleepers In Seattle on the sofa table near the entrance with the "FREE BOOKS" sign. Find them at 4741 California Avenue SW in West Seattle. There are maybe 30 books there so if this one isn't quite your cup of tea just stop in and choose another.

I'm filling a box with books for the Austin BookCrossers and I'm raiding the shelf at Sleepers in Seattle. I'm looking for an assortment of books and this is fairly original so it made the grade.
