My partner and I ordered the box set of the first seven Sookie books for Christmas. We loved the first season of HBO's True Blood and wanted to give the books a try. I read the first book and loved it... can't wait to get to the others!
If my partner likes these, they'll undoubtedly become part of our PC. (he loves to re-read, I don't have time for that lol)

I didn't find this one as bad on the mushy stuff as the others had been. Interesting story, great mystery of who is shooting Shifters and why, and the sub-stories were great: werewolf rites, vampire revenge, fariy loyalty, Shifter lust...
