Hello Bookfinder!
Thanks for coming to the BookCrossing site. I hope you'll leave a journal entry to let us know that this book has been caught. You can do so anonymously or you can join BookCrossing and experience the fun of releasing books yourself.
Keep the book for as long as you want. If you read it, feel free to make a journal entry letting us know what you thought of it. When you're ready to let it go, please pass it on to someone else or release it into "the wild" and let us know that it's on the move again.

I found this on a library book sale shelf for 50 cents. I've been wanting to read it for a long time!

I enjoyed this book, as I have every Anne Tyler book so far. Although the book is about the mixing--and sometimes clashing--of cultures, I recognized personalities of people I've known in many of the characters.
I'm setting this book aside in case loveamystery starts up her Two Worlds VBB again.

Thank you jumpingin for this book which looks really good! I did well with my choices from the VBB! Great fun!
I liked this book and it was totally different from anything that I have read. The characters were ones you could identify, it didn't get over political and it had good humour through it. I loved Bitsy's obsession with the pacifiers!
