My Review: This was an interesting book, there are a lot of books about Princess Diana, but not too many on Sarah, Duchess of York. Living in Buckingham Palace is a bit like living in a pressure cooker. Everything you do, say, wear, etc. is under scrutiny from the press. You can't spontaneously decide to go out to lunch, because there are security concerns and every minute of the day is filled with things to do.
Her childhood sounds like a lot of fun! Living on a farm with horses, dogs, etc. She loved to ride horses. Many people said her personality made her able to talk to anyone, about anything.

Left on the bookshelf when I took Rachel and her friend for lunch, the Chinatown Chicken Salad is awesome. Enjoy the book!
