Four women, Judy, Kate, Pagan and Maxine, are summoned to a New York apartment where they are asked which one of them is the mother of the host. As they unlock the past, the women remember the things that tie them together.

Oh I'd forgotten all about this book...I really must clear my loft out more often!

I will read it again as it's years since I read it but with so many "new" books to read I think it will be a while before I get to it.

It's a bit battered & smells a little dusty but if anyone wants it, fine - but UK only as it's a thickish book!
