Journal Entry 1 by NICNIC2 from St Andrews, Scotland United Kingdom on Friday, October 24, 2008
If you're new to BookCrossing - welcome! I hope you will enjoy the site as much as I have. BookCrossing is about spreading literature around the world for free. Please make a journal entry for the book you have found so we can see where it travels to next. You can do this anonymously if you like but if you decide to join (its free!!) please consider entering me (NICNIC2) as your referring member. I don't receive anything for this but I like knowing that I've encouraged someone else to catch the BookCrossing bug! Happy reading!!

Journal Entry 2 by NICNIC2 from St Andrews, Scotland United Kingdom on Friday, October 24, 2008
Another good read. I knew a bit about this period so I didn't find all the kings too confusing. But I had never heard of William Marshal before. He's definately a good character for a historical novel given the things that he did and the period he lived through. I liked the pace of the novel too and I'll definately be reading the next volume to find out what happened next. A nice read.
