Another great story by Macomber. I am missing some of the earlier characters from earlier in the series though. Looking forward to #9 and the solving of the mystery of the body found in the cave.

Book arrived today:) I am looking forward to a Cedar Cove fix. I've been reading other Macomber books but I miss my friends from Cedar Cove. This book will be heading to the top of Mount Toobie.

Like Top-Tappser, I can't wait to read 92 Pacific Boulevard! Macomber's writing keeps improving. I could barely put this book down. I'm glad she finally cleared up the mystery with Pastor Flemming. It's nice to read about Shaw and Tanni and realize they are just normal kids. I'm expecting to read about weddings and babies in book 9-but I'm a sucker for happy endings:) Pming Clawdette for address.

I picked up these books at the post office today from easterngirl71 in IL ... as part of this bookray.
I finished reading this book yesterday. I really enjoyed another Cedar Cove book, and as always, can't wait to read the next one to find out more about James & Christie, as well as what Tanni & Shaw discovered in the cave. I didn't think the main story with Pastor Dave Flemming was as strong as past books ... but there's enough other interesting things going on (with Olivia and Sheriff Troy Davis) to keep the book interesting. I have especially enjoyed James & Christie's characters and hope they continue. They remind me a little bit of the characters in Janet Evanovich books (the wrestler and his wife).

Arrived safely in The Netherlands, together with 2 other books from this spiral. I can't promise to send them all 3 ahead within a month, but will do my best to read them asap.
Finished this one yesterday. In my opinion this was not one of the best in the spiral; I couldn't relate to Dave and Emily Flemming as I can to the other protagonists. Nevertheless it was a nice and easy read and I have already started the next volume :-).

I sent the first four of this spiral installment this morning, and wanted to send the last two to go out the next day, so took them to the post office this afternoon. (I couldn't send them in one box because they were too heavy...) Unfortunately the postmistress told me that the mail only goes out once a day, at the end of the day, so they'll probably be in the same delivery. At anyrate if not, I hope the first set arrives before the last two! I hope the spiral will continue, I've enjoyed it!
