499th book registered! Picked this up at the airport yesterday (half price) and I read most of it on the way home! I finished it this afternoon. I do like Jeffrey Archer's writing (I am less than enanamoured with his personal life, and always feel slightly guilty in buying his novels) ... This one was very good. It's set in London (which is always good for me!) And, ss in all his books, I liked the unexpected twists all along the way! Moreover because this isn't Hollywood the end isn't always predictible either! The character Danny Cartwright was well depicted, though there were a few parts in the story that didn't hold up that well under analysis. Well worth reading

It's been a long time since I last read anything by Jeffrey Archer and thankfully this lived up to my previous good memories. I liked the main character and was unable to put it down as I was so keen to read just one more chapter so see what happened next. Very enjoyable, thanks for the swap seethroughfaith.
