Wow! I've got a serious bargain high right now. I had to get some food for my cat at the vet's office, so I popped next door to Goodwill when I was done, just on the off chance they had any really good books in stock. It turns out they were having a sale, and all books were $2 for as many as you could fit in a bag. TheLorax and I went nuts yesterday and got three bags, which amounted to about 40 books. That's a pretty good bargain when you consider they normally charge $1 per book. Not only that, but they had some great books in stock. This is one of the ones we picked up. We've both already read another copy of this, but this one's in mint condition, so I couldn't resist getting it just to release.
Received this in the mail on Saturday, thanks Miss-Efficiency. And, thanks for the note with the cute cat on it. After reading your note, I'm glad I got this book to read before any of her others.
Thanks, hope you enjoy the trade.

Finally read this book, sorry it took me so long. Very good, interesting. This was the first book in the series. I got a fantastic deal on the rest of the series at a library book sale.
I'm going to put this first book into my permanent collection for now, until I start reading the rest of the series, just in case I have to look backward.
It'll become availble at some point.

Well, I promised I'd make this book available once I started reading the rest of the series. I just finished #4 of the series, so.....(sigh)...I suppose it's time to make this available.
This is the 1st of a great series by Kathy Reichs about a forsenic anthropologist. The series is now on TV "Bones". But the TV show is very different from the books. Both are good, but, well, you know us book-people will always prefer the books.
I really thought long and hard about letting this book go. I just hate to. But, maybe I can find a used copy somewhere.
Available (sigh) for trade or RABCK to someone who REALLY, REALLY wants to read this series.

Received the book okay. Cute note paper with the cat on it. I will be reading it soon. Will send you off some postcards soon - just rounding up some good glimpses of here. :-)
I really liked this book once I got into it. It was hard at first having had the preconception from the tv show "Bones." It was cool too as I once lived in Montreal so, the locations were somewhat familiar to me. I was expecting it to get as gorey as CSI but, it actually was a bit technical in some parts. Interesting to see how deductions and the cases were linked together. A very good read for anyone who likes murder, detective, forensic, or medical type thrillers. After the slow start, it kept me on the edge of my seat and I really couldn't put it down. I have another Kathy Reichs on my tbr pile so, I might decide after this one to pick it up next. This is the first in the series.
Awaiting reply to my pm to Kleptokitty in Portugal to see if she is interested in receiving this book.
