I read this one back in July, but have been slack with making journal entries on books lately so getting around to doing so now.

Picked this one up from the NZ Book Table at the convention but must of forgotten to journal it.

Anyway the title of the book is exactly what it is.
These travel stories focus on the human aspect of travel and for the author he encounters many people who have impacted his life.

The fact that he is a Christian and a retired Anglican Parish Priest at that religion does feature in quite a few of these stories but he is never preachy. He connects with Buddhist Monks and has a lasting friendship with a Thai Monk who is a Manchester United fan.

These are heartwarming travel stories, which I very much enjoyed.
