Bought for an exchange participant, but I thought I'd read it first. A quick and enjoyable romp with some very amusing anecdotes. I think I particularly enjoyed it having worked in a hotel, though not a 5 star one, or in London. I hope my exchange partner enjoys it.

Thanks Jordanne and curly. Book arrived today.

Rowena (my 18 year old daughter) and me we are watching a Tv series called Hotel babylon. I think it is based on this book. Will have to check out.
Looks like a fun read.
Planning to read soon.
I took this book out of the European VBB book box on bookobsessed in December.
