Picked out of lellies `One for Autumn` bookbox. I love Alice Walker's writing, and look forward to giving this a whirl.

I do love Alice Walker's work and philosophy, so thought I would really enjoy this book of her poetry. While I can see it is beautifully written and styled, I'm not sure that I 'got' all of the meanings and messages alluded to, and much of it has gone over my head.
