Journal Entry 6 by Tsjara at Assendelft, Noord-Holland Netherlands on Monday, April 28, 2014
I finished reading this yesterday and enjoyed it very much. The writing just drew me in and kept me reading, even though nothing much seems to actually happen.. but the characters are described so well and seem to come alive (even if they are already dead). Oh and I love the rabbit.
The ending was a bit strange though (are Sabine and Kitty really having a romantic relationship? And what about that magic trick?).

Thought it was funny that someone mentioned in a review they didn't like reading it because the book has no chapters.. so I picked up the book again to have a look and.. no chapters haha, I never noticed. :p

Thanks again for rabck valpete!
Reserving the book for a vbb.

I read the book looong ago, but forgot to edit my entry. As far as I remember, it is a pleasant read, but after a while Sabine's ramblings about herself started to be a little bit tedious... And I never found out if there was magic or Magic involved...
after idling away its time on my shelf for quite a while, I registered the book for Ythan's "A little bit of everything" vbb - and it was picked out promptly...
Now it is on it's way to Canada.

Very nice story. Not much action but it is interesting to embark on Sabine's journey to discover Parsifal's past.

As other people have said there wasn't much to the story; I liked bits of it.

I'm also one of those people who prefer to have chapters or it just makes the story drag on too much.

The ending gave the impression there would be a sequel but I guess the story is about Sabine getting closure, rather than the readers finding out what will happen to her next.
