Journal Entry 1 by zimort from Gjøvik, Oppland fylke Norway on Tuesday, July 29, 2008
It is July 1962. Edward and Florence, young innocents married that morning, arrive at a hotel on the Dorset coast. At dinner in their rooms they struggle to suppress their private fears of the wedding night to come... Nice. Easy to read. I bought the book on my holiday, because I ran out of books to read. I have meant to buy one off his books before. I read in a interw whith the singer in my favoritt band, that he had to read Ian McEwans books so soon as they came out, so I new what to bay. (They only had ca.10 books in english in the bookshop, so it wasn`t hard to choose.)
