This book was mine and just returned to by a friend - in a bag with about 15 others of hers. Really happy to get this back (I'd lost track of where it was) and also very appreciative of a new batch of good books to read -now time to register them all!

as I have received another copy of this - I'll put this on in my PC - and mark the other as AVL (with a view to releasing it soon)
