2010 HGG for you! The book is travelling to its next reader!
Today the most wonderful surprise arrived on my doormat! An envelope full of goodies for "HGG2010"! I didn't even enter this year because I just cannot afford the postage costs to send anything out for HGG. So it was indeed a great surprise. A Rupert Book! I cannot put into words just how thrilled I am with this book. When I opened it for the first time, a wave of Christmas nostalgia went through my body! It really did. I love,love,love it! Thank you so much dear hakkalina! You are so kind and thoughtful, not to mention generous as always! Also the other two books in the package are great and that wasn't all......a very useful pocket calendar for 2011, a BC bookmark, delicious chocolates, (I already ate two of them), a red cockerel lollipop and a really nice Xmas card, the first one I have received this year! Thank you so much.
I loved this book. The illustrations, although small, are perfect and I really love Rupert stories! I just can't read enough of them. They bring back such lovely memories of childhood, and all the Rupert Annuals I used to have!
