Picked up at the Friends of the Library room for release.
I picked up an audio book version of this at the library and listened to it.
I love White's Charlotte's Web, so I expected to love this too. While it is a fanciful and creative story, I just didn't like Stuart's character.
He seemed uppity and actually kind of like a jerk.
I didn't like that he just left his family without telling them where he was going (unless I just missed that part), and I didn't like how he acted on his "date"...taking on a British accent and then being rude to the girl when she suggested ideas for making the best of the situation they were in.
In short, I just wasn't that into it.
