This graphic novel authoritatively bridges the fairly big gap between Firefly and Serenity the movie and is as such interesting and welcome to the fans of both, such as myself. My biggest complaints are, firstly, that Whedon would do better not resurrecting minor characters whose abrupt deaths were kind of the whole point, and secondly, that this drawn version really makes me miss the actors.

It was nice to have the Serenity crew back - even if for a little while.
And yes, way back when I got this book, I had to rewatch Firefly.

Finished! =) And now I miss Serenity and Firefly! Dammit. Lovely comic, I just wished it had been longer. And it made me happy to read the introduction from Nathan Fillion. My friend will read this next and then I'll think what to do with this.

I completely agree with Niora and slipperbunny: so nice to see the folks again, but oh so short, and so sad. But the introduction by Nathan Fillion warmed my heart. :)
