The story refers much more to the USA, than to any other country. King of torts are those lawyers, that make tons of money in sueing companies for their bad parctise (e.g. pharmaceutical firms).
The story begins rather interesting about the young black, who kills someone withour reason, but turns to making money from defending the killer.
I would have preferred to see another turn in the story, but tough luck...
