Roe has never been happier! She is engaged to wealthy business man Martin Bartell and he just gave her the 'Julius House' as a wedding present. Being an amateur sleuth Roe can't help but wonder about the history of the house. Six years ago the family who lived there just disappeared never to be seen again. As Roe starts renovating the house she starts asking questions about what could have happened 6 years ago.

As Roe starts asking questions then things start happening. She finds herself with 2 lodgers and also begins to argue with her husband about who he really is and what he really does. Will it be newlywed bliss for Roe? or will she get hurt?

This fourth book in the Aurora Teagarden series was the best yet! I loved the new characters Angel and Selby even though they seemed a little weird at first. The whole plot was thrilling and I really didn't guess what had really happened until the end.

In this book I really felt like I knew Roe and could understand her. In the previous books she seemed like a stranger to me and I couldn't relate to her in anyway at all. She seemed alot more human this time around and I think it had alot to do with her problems with husband, Martin.

I now have to wait till August for the next book in the series 'Dead Over Heels' and I can't believe the next book after that, 'A Fool and His Honey', won't be out till February! A great series that any Harris fan will love and any cozy mystery reader will enjoy.
