I honestly don't remember much about this one - read it years and years ago. I remember it was a good read though quite dark, and I obviously considered it worth keeping this long...

Picked up in the University Centre OBCZ this morning at 11:00hrs...

A father with a son with no mother, a mother with a son with no father. When mother and child arrive at his house it seems pretty certain that the families will be amalgamated into a new unit. However, the boys don't get on....in fact come to hate and despise each other with tragic consequences. Although written about children, this is no children's book, but definitely aimed at adult readers. Unusual and unexpected twist in the tale involving the one boy who acts as narrator throughout the book.
